Hi Adampski, I'm not sure I understand your question but it sounds like you're trying to save just your edited blue channel? If that's the case, click on the blue channel to highlight it then choose "Select > Select All" from the menu bar. Now, copy it to the clipboard (Edit > Copy) and de-select. Next, go back to your Layer's palette and choose "Edit > Paste", that will put a copy of your blue channel at the top of the layer stack. You can then save the file (as is or flattened).
