Hi digital Mikeon, Your template and your card are probably different resolutions (ppi). Check the Image Size window (Image>Image Size) to see what the ppi setting is for both images. In Photoshop, the ppi setting effects print size and the inches on your ruler. If you're going by inches, both rulers need to be the same
